Conference Halls Plan

In order to have a great even, you must have a great room. The three conference rooms that we provide can meet the needs of any small and large venue.

Our rooms can accommodate big events with up to 250 people, but also small meetings consisting in no more than 10 people.

During the event, as well as in the planning phase, the hotel trained staff will be at your disposal with the best advice and expertise to make sure everything comes out exactly as demanded.

We have special packages for those who organize corporate events in the conference rooms of the Continental Forum Arad: Budget day delegate rate, Standard day-delegate rates  and Weekend Delegate Rate.

The two Ioan Slavici conference rooms A and B are located on the mezzanine of the hotel and are suitable for trainings, workshops, business meetings and seminars.

Both rooms are modular and can be joined if the event requires more deployment space, reaching a capacity of 220 people.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and equipment needed for a business meeting.

A room has an area of 93 m² and B room 115 m², each accommodating up to 100.

The Vasile Goldis room is located on the mezzanine od the hotel and has an area of 88 m². It can accommodate up to 100 people. The hall is suitable for training, workshops, business meetings and seminars.

The room features air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and all equipment needed for any business meeting.

Located at the mezzanine this is a smaller room of 48 m², making it perfect for interviews and meetings. The room can accommodate up to 30 people and features air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and all equipment needed for any business meeting.

The Astoria room is located on the ground floor of the hotel, behind the reception with access from inside the building or the parking lot. Featuring an the area of 200 m², the hall can accommodate up to 200 people.

It has several facilities such as air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and all necessary equipment space for hosting a coffee break or big size business meetings.

Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the room is perfect for small events, with its surface of 60 m² and a maximum capacity of 50 seats.

The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities for organizing a small size event.

The Panoramic lounge has an area of 320 m² and is located on the top floor of the hotel. The Terrace Hall offers a unique view over the city and gives an added value to every event.

Because of its display, the room can host the following events: presentations or conferences, coffee -breaks, lunch or dinners and all types of corporate dinners or cocktail parties.
